Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- To start a return, contact us at Easypayeellc@gmail.com or call us at (774) 842-9676. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- For exchanges, please email Easypayeellc@gmail.com with photos of the item.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
