We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

- Orders are processed within 1β3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing time may be extended by 1β2 days.

While we work closely with our delivery partners (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure timely deliveries, EasyPayee is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.

π Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If the wrong address is provided:
- We will attempt to correct the address before shipment if notified immediately.
- If the package is already in transit or delivered to the wrong address, EasyPayee is not responsible and cannot offer a refund or resend without additional shipping costs.

- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, EasyPayee is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly in these cases.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us and weβll initiate a claim with the carrier.
